1.缺血性脑卒中的发病机制:主要关注缺血性脑卒中的免疫学发生机制,尤其是淋巴细胞在缺血性脑卒中中的作用和机制研究。 2.缺血性脑卒中对免疫系统的影响:关注缺血性脑卒中对外周脏器的影响,例如脾脏、肺脏和外周免疫系统;重点研究和探索缺血性脑卒中诱导的外周免疫抑制的发生机制和靶向干预措施。 |
个人简介 | |
浙江大学与美国斯坦福大学医学院联合培养博士,主要从事脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织炎症反应和外周免疫抑制的发生机制及二者相互关系研究,以期开发有效的神经保护措施;获得国家自然科学基金资助5项、湖北省自然科学基金资助1项;发表论文近80篇,其中包括神经科学Top杂志《Stroke》等在内的SCI论文78篇;成果《缺血性脑损伤与免疫调控的机制与防治》获2020年湖北省科技进步三等奖;发表译著《探索对与错的真相:重新审视麻醉学中的经典内容》;发表教学论文2篇,主持武汉大学医学部研究生教学项目1项;具有国内外指导本科生和研究生科研活动的丰富经验,指导本科生以及硕士、博士研究生40余人,其中21人已顺利毕业,并能为学生进一步出国深造提供帮助。 | |

1.Pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia: Mainly
focuses on the immunological mechanisms of cerebral ischemia, and to explore
the effects and mechanisms of T lymphocytes on the brain after cerebral
ischemia/reperfusion injury. 2.The effects of cerebral inchemia on immune system: to investigate the mechanisms of stroke induced immunodepression (SIID) and explore targeted interventions. |

Personal Profile | |
She is mainly engaged in studying the mechanisms of brain inflammation and peripheral immunosuppression after ischemic stroke and clarifying the interaction between them, thus exploring effective neuronal protective drugs for stroke treatment. She had a career as an Joint-PhD and research assistant working at Stanford University for three years. To date, she has been awarded 5 items from the National Natural Science Foundation, and there are a translation book and 78 papers published in the SCI journals including the top level journal STROKE and JOURNAL OF NEUROINFLAMMATION. Her research achivement, "Mechanism and Prevention of Ischemic Brain Injury and Immune Regulation", won the prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Hubei Province in 2020. She also has published 2 teaching papers and presided over 1 postgraduate teaching project of Medical department of Wuhan University. Besides, she has been invited to be a reviewer for Frontiers in Neurology and Translational Stroke Research, etc, as well as an English editor and special reviewer for MEDICAL JOURNAL OF WUHAN UNIVERSITY. She also has been invited to be a guest editor to take charge of a special issue in Frontiers in Immunology. In addition, she has rich experience in guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students at home and abroad. She also can help students to go abroad for further study. | |

1.Pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia: Mainly
focuses on the immunological mechanisms of cerebral ischemia, and to explore
the effects and mechanisms of T lymphocytes on the brain after cerebral
ischemia/reperfusion injury. 2.The effects of cerebral inchemia on immune system: to investigate the mechanisms of stroke induced immunodepression (SIID) and explore targeted interventions. |

She is mainly engaged in studying the mechanisms of brain inflammation and peripheral immunosuppression after ischemic stroke and clarifying the interaction between them, thus exploring effective neuronal protective drugs for stroke treatment. She had a career as an Joint-PhD and research assistant working at Stanford University for three years. To date, she has been awarded 5 items from the National Natural Science Foundation, and there are a translation book and 78 papers published in the SCI journals including the top level journal STROKE and JOURNAL OF NEUROINFLAMMATION. Her research achivement, "Mechanism and Prevention of Ischemic Brain Injury and Immune Regulation", won the prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Hubei Province in 2020. She also has published 2 teaching papers and presided over 1 postgraduate teaching project of Medical department of Wuhan University. Besides, she has been invited to be a reviewer for Frontiers in Neurology and Translational Stroke Research, etc, as well as an English editor and special reviewer for MEDICAL JOURNAL OF WUHAN UNIVERSITY. She also has been invited to be a guest editor to take charge of a special issue in Frontiers in Immunology. In addition, she has rich experience in guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students at home and abroad. She also can help students to go abroad for further study. | |
