RenMin Hospital of Wuhan University scholar's article published in Nature

On 3 March 2022, Nature ( IF: 49.962 ) published online a research study by Dr.Xiong Jing , Deputy Chief Physician of the Department of Neurology at RenMin Hospital of Wuhan University, as first author, entitled " FSH blockade improves cognition in mice with Alzheimer 's disease".

The research findings are the first in the world to reveal that follicle-stimulating hormone is the reason why older women are more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease, providing new options for early screening and intervention for the disease.
